A Couple Pages

Finally I took some time and made a couple pages. I have decided this school year that I need to find time to work on my scrapbook pages. The last year has been a hard one for making anything new. Tonight I used a brag book freebie to create my youngest son’s birthday party invitations. I love using pre-made quickpages and adding my photos to them to make it my own. Now to print them off and put them in the mail.

Happy St. Patrick’s Day

Every year we have a lot of fun with our kids and St. Patrick’s Day. This year was no exception and with all the events at school it even adds to the excitement. This is hard to believe but when we were home this afternoon, a leprechaun snuck into the bathroom and opened every door and drawer leaving such a mess. When the boys went downstairs to play there was an x taped across the door frame. The boys were trying to figure out how to set a trap for catching one but fell asleep before they accomplished it. I digi scrapped tonight. Oh, I needed that it wasn’t a true page like I would like but still it was the same steps involved while I made Irish toppers for the boys teacher.

Quick Page Blog Train

With my busy life I am all about quickpages. When I first started out digiscrapping I LOVED TEMPLATES but now quickpages are the only way I can get anything done. I am so far behind on my pages that I have decided it might be time to use some premade one from websites like Shutterfly or Arts Cow just so my boys will have books made before I get even further behind. I am in the mood to Digiscrap!

Just in Time for Valentine’s Day

I am about 456 entries behind in my Google Reader and happened upon quite a few great ideas from Miss Mint from Peppermint Creative. When you scroll down and probably on the next page there is a long list of cute love sayings for giving different candies to your valentine. I need to save or bookmark this somewhere so I have it for 2012.

Plugging Along
